Earlier this year I applied for funding from a company who supply funding for social entrepeneurs. Unltd have provided me with the money and the business know how in order to grow and develop and essentially address my chosen social issue.
Purple Patch Partners
Diffability was born while I was volunteering at a CIC organisation called Purple Patch. Purple Patch support adults with disabilities to continue to florish and learn once they have left the education system. They provide restbite for families and opportunities to learn and gain diverse skills. These skills vary from cooking to gardening, creative arts and fitness. I truly appreciate all that the founders: Rafik Jassat and Andy Mathers have given me in order to pursue my vocation of working towards cultivating a more inclusive society by educating its members about disability, diversity and equality.
