Provide guidance on appropriate policies, positive practices and procedures specific to an individual organisation’s needs.
In this session, we critique organisation’s existing disability access policy or help them to better understand what makes a good one. We explore legal requirements and reasonable adjustments and find areas where certain aspects can be improved or where policies can be better implemented. We aim to provide organisations with low-cost ideas for reasonable adjustments so that they can provide a more accessible and inclusive service and potentially expand their customer and employee base.
